At ShreeDevMurti.com, we take great care in packaging and delivering our marble murtis to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
Our return policy may change in the future, and we will update customers accordingly.

2. Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

We provide replacements only if the product is damaged during shipping. To request a replacement, you must follow these steps:

Unboxing Video Required:
- Customers must record an unboxing video from the moment they open the package.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened without any interruptions or edits.
- If the product is found to be damaged in the video, we will initiate a replacement.
Replacement Request Process:
- Email us at contact@shreedevmurti.com with the unboxing video and order details.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Cases Where Replacement is Not Accepted:
- If an unboxing video is not provided.
- If the damage is reported after the product has been used.
- Minor variations in color (as color variations are natural in marble murtis).
- If the product was damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

3. Packaging Assurance

We take extreme care in packaging our products, ensuring only a 0.1% chance of damage.
Each product is securely packed to prevent breakage or defects during transit.
